I ship from a smoke free, pet free, and child free home studio. I strive to provide excellent customer service! If I have made a mistake or you have a concern, please message me and allow me to make it right before leaving a posted review. Thank you for this courtesy. Returns & exchanges Cancellations

Because of the personal nature of many of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Cancellations

I do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. (If I haven't begun to work on your order, I will waive this policy.)

Shipping

I ship via USPS Priority Mail usually within 5 business days (unless you have an exceptionally large or custom order). Once your item is shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for US shipping.
USPS Tracking is available for all items, and you will receive tracking information through Etsy communications.We combine shipping, and ship with tracking. Once we drop the items off at the post office with the tracking number, it is out of our hands if it does not reach your destination. The customer will be responsible to open a case with their own post office with the tracking number we have provided.

Payments

You'll make your payment through Etsy. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

Taxes

Sew Earth Friendly operates in Michigan which has a 6% sales tax.

Design and Colors

Your item will be made with the same fabric as in the item description and picture, but the picture does not show the exact item that you will receive. The design, pattern, and colors may be in a somewhat different configuration or placement on the item you purchase. Because each item is hand crafted there will be variations from item to item.

Fabric

The fabric for each item is has been prewashed. The one exception to this rule is if you've sent material for a Memory Comfort Pillow; then, the material you send will be used to craft your items as it was received. Fabrics will last the longest with the least shrinkage if they are washed in cold water without softener and are line dried.
